Tasmania boasts the cleanest air and has some of the best organic produce in the world.
Tour the award winning Boag’s Brewery, explore some of the more unique and tasty food producers, tour an oyster farm, cruise the D’Entrecasteax Channel and learn to make cheese. There will also be a special afternoon where we will have a cooking class. Chef Brunacci will also cook with the former food editor of Australian Gourmet Traveller.
Have a “Devil of a time” at a wildlife park and visit Hobart’s Salamanca market where you can find a special memento of your trip to Tasmania.

Melbourne may be Australia’s second largest city, but it's second to none in food, fashion, festivals and sport. We’ll spend a day on the Great Ocean road. We’ll also learn about indigenous spices.
We’ll fly from Melbourne to Kangaroo Island, often called Australia’s Galapagos. Dramatic coastal scenery and pristine beaches are just some of the unique features of Kangaroo Island. On your overnight tour you will have encounters with koalas and kangaroos in the wild and frolic on the beach with seals. Our guide will be a trained chef!

In Adelaide we will experience a private behind the scenes tour of the famous Adelaide Market, the epicenter of food, culture and lifestyle for so many South Australians. Try some native Australian foods and sample wine in the Barossa Valley. As a special farewell dinner, Chef Brunacci will cook with Simon Bryant, Executive Chef at the Adelaide Hilton.
